These terms govern your use of this website, which is published by CP IKE, trading as CENTAURS, a company registered in Greece with its seat in Volos. By using the website you accept them.

The website

This website presents a house that is being restored and will open to guests. Its images include architectural renderings and photographs of the surrounding landscape as well as of the property itself, and the house as finished may differ in detail from what is shown. Descriptions of services, days out and arrangements are given in good faith as the house intends to offer them and do not form an offer or a contract.

Reservations

No reservation is made through this website at present. When reservations open, they will be subject to the booking conditions provided at that time, which will govern prices, deposits, cancellation and the conduct of a stay. Nothing on this website creates a reservation or a right to one.

Content and intellectual property

The name CENTAURS, the bow and arrow emblem, the seal, the texts, films, drawings and photographs on this website belong to CP IKE or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view the website and keep a private copy of its pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, publish or otherwise use any of its content without written permission.

Accuracy

We take care that the website is accurate, but we give no warranty that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Travel times, distances and descriptions of the region are indicative. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website, except where the law does not permit that liability to be excluded.
